Ironman Wales

Great news - our manager Andrew yesterday successfully completed the Ironman Wales event in Tenby, in a time of 15 hours 12 minutes and 28 seconds.

He raised well over £1,000 for the charity Scope, and wishes to thank all those who sponsored him and supported him.

Triathlon time !

Andrew (manager) and Steve from our Ammanford branch recently took part in a 112 mile bike ride on the Ironman Wales course in South West Wales.

The gruelling event was conquered by both in times of 7 hours 48 minutes and 8 hours 23 minutes respectively.

Their next event is the 'Little Woody' - a 1/2 Ironman event in Chepstow in August.
It comprises of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride, and a 13 mile run. All consecutively in one day.
